Position Overview 

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing Frontline’s digital visibility, audience engagement, website traffic, and conversion through data-driven digital marketing programs. This role owns the execution of the company website, SEO and AI search optimization, email campaigns, and paid digital advertising. 

What You’ll Do

  •  Own and optimize the Frontline website, including content, landing pages, navigation, user experience, and conversion performance. 
  • Analyze website behavior and performance to identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, user experience, and conversion. 
  • Develop and execute SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI search strategies to improve organic visibility and discoverability. 
  • Conduct keyword, competitor, audience, and search-intent research to guide website and content priorities. 
  • Monitor organic traffic, search rankings, website authority, indexing, and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. 
  • Partner with content owners to improve the search performance of webpages, articles, reports, FAQs, and thought leadership. 
  • Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, structured data, and other on-page SEO elements. 
  • Plan, build, and optimize campaigns, nurture programs, and automated journeys in HubSpot and other channels. 
  • Manage paid digital advertising across Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, including targeting, budgets, testing, and optimization. 
  • Monitor website, search, email, and paid media performance using GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and advertising platforms. 
  • Use customer behavior and campaign data to improve digital journeys, engagement, conversion, and return on investment. 
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns follow established data, tracking, attribution, automation, and lead management standards.

 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing B2B websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid digital programs. 
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search optimization, Google Ads, and LinkedIn advertising. 
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Content Hub or CMS, and digital analytics platforms. 
  • Experience building email campaigns, nurture journeys, audience segments, and testing programs in HubSpot. 
  • Strong understanding of website conversion, customer journeys, digital campaign measurement, and performance optimization. 
  • Ability to use customer, campaign, and sales data to make informed marketing decisions. 
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, content optimization, campaign development, testing, and analysis. 
  • Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and project management skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
