Position Overview
The Training Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the success of Frontline Managed Services’ Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) eBilling teams. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality onboarding and ongoing training to eBilling professionals supporting US-based law firm clients.
You will design and facilitate training programs focused on law firm billing systems, legal eBilling standards, and operational best practices, while partnering closely with business leaders to ensure employees are equipped to perform accurately, efficiently, and confidently in a fast-paced, client-facing legal services environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in legal billing, revenue cycle operations, or professional services training who enjoys developing others and improving operational performance through education.
Work Schedule - Monday - Friday 7:35pm IST to 4:30am IST.
Work Location - IN OFFICE - Xenia Building, Penha de França, Panaji, Goa 403521
What You’ll Do
· Deliver comprehensive new hire training programs covering law firm billing workflows, eBilling platforms, and invoice processing standards
· Provide in-depth instruction on legal invoicing requirements including LEDES formats, UTBMS codes, matter management, and client-specific billing guidelines
· Support the implementation of training and development strategies aligned with revenue cycle operations and legal financial services best practices
· Monitor, measure, and report on training effectiveness, progress, and outcomes, with a focus on billing accuracy, productivity, and readiness
· Partner with business supervisors and operational leaders to align training objectives with client requirements and performance expectations
· Coach and mentor new employees through their onboarding and early production period to reinforce learning and technical proficiency
· Assist with the creation and maintenance of training materials, job aids, process documentation, and system guides
· Design and develop eLearning modules and digital training content using tools such as Articulate 360
· Communicate training updates, process enhancements, and improvement recommendations to leadership and operational teams
· Continuously evaluate and refine training approaches based on performance metrics, feedback, and operational needs
· Ensure training activities align with organizational quality standards, client SLAs, and compliance requirements specific to law firm billing
· Support additional training initiatives and special projects as the business evolves
What You Bring
· 1–2 years of experience in training, revenue cycle management, legal billing, or a related professional services environment
· Strong understanding of law firm billing processes, eBilling systems, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex billing workflows
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage high training volumes
· High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
· Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative
· Comfort presenting to groups and facilitating classroom or virtual training sessions
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience using eLearning or course development tools such as Articulate 360
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (MOS certification a plus)
· Direct experience in law firm financial services, financial operations, or professional services billing
· Familiarity with eBilling platforms and legal invoicing standards (LEDES, UTBMS)
· Knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, or billing appeals processes
