Position Overview
The NetDocuments Engineer will support document management system (DMS) projects for law firms and professional services clients—specifically focused on NetDocuments. That includes implementations, upgrades, workspace design, client onboarding, troubleshooting, and integrations.
You’ll work directly with external clients and internal project managers to ensure deployments are correct, compliant, and future-proof.
This position required candidates work US Business hours - Approx 7:00PM - 3:30AM IST
CTC Budget for this role is 30 LPA - 35LPA
What you’ll be responsible for
· Deploy and configure NetDocuments across client environments (desktop + web)
· Build and maintain DMS structures: repositories, cabinets, workspaces, profile attributes
· Integrate NetDocuments with Office 365, iManage migrations, or SSO systems
· Troubleshoot sync/latency issues with ndSync, ndOffice, and mobile apps
· Support legacy DMS migrations (e.g. iManage, Worldox) to NetDocuments
· Liaise with NetDocuments support or escalate as needed for account-level issues
· Maintain documentation, client-specific configs, and knowledge base articles
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience supporting or implementing NetDocuments for legal or enterprise clients
· Hands-on experience with ndOffice, ndSync, workspace templates, and metadata design
· Familiarity with integrating NetDocuments with Azure AD or other identity providers (SSO/SAML)
· Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Office/Outlook add-ins
· Comfort troubleshooting DMS access, sync issues, and client onboarding
· Strong written documentation and client-facing communication skills
Nice to have
· Experience migrating from iManage or Worldox to NetDocuments
· Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for bulk workspace creation or sync troubleshooting
· Experience with Litera CAM or other DMS governance tools
· Certifications in NetDocuments Administration or Partner Training
