Position Overview

The objective of the IT Project Manager (PM) is to manage a series of concurrent IT implementation projects from inception through successful implementation with an emphasis on driving results through efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to direct communications within the project team and with each of the project clients.

The Project Manager will be primarily focused on controlling the timeline, issues, risks, quality and schedule of the project by effectively managing the assigned engineering resources and clients, as well as for the procurement and tracking of ordered products and third party services necessary to complete the project.

Compensation $85,000-90,000 USD

What You’ll Do

·       Planning the work of the project team and achieving overall quality, schedule and cost targets.

·       Responding to escalation of issues from project team members.

·       Ensuring that project milestones are met and reported.

·       Coordinating closely with the assigned technical lead for quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) functions and in the development of deployment specific engineering documentation.

·       Providing information and support to other organizations within the company, pertaining to the project.

 Conducting the following functions for each assigned project:

o   Creation of the project plan.

o   Coordination and execution of all client written and verbal communications.

o   Working with Procurement to procure hardware and software necessary to the project.

o   Ordering and coordination of 3rd party services (i.e. ISP, utilities, etc.).

o   Coordination with engineering team leads (ETLs) in selection of field engineering resources.

o   Assignment of project tasks in the service delivery system.

o   Escalation and communication of issues and changes affecting the project.

o   Initiating the billing process and closure of the project upon completion.

o   MFA – DUO + Okta

o   Network Refresh – Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco

o   Server Refresh – Vmware

o   AWS IaaS Migrations

o   Azure AVDations

o   Azure AVD

o   Security Products

o   Office Moves

 ROLE SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

o   Project management skills.

o   CAPM®, Project +, PMP or above certification

o   Technical Aptitude.

o   Legal Tech Specific Knowledge

o   Client facing skillsets

o   Exceptional and Effective Communicator

o   Exceptional Organizational Skills

o   Exceptional Attention to Detail

o   5+ years of Experience
