Annual Salary - 214,000 - 286,000 ZAR

Work Schedule - Monday - Friday US Business Hours (3PM - 12AM SAST)

What You’ll Do 

As an SDR, you’ll play a vital role in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential law firm clients. You’ll combine online outreach and in-person networking to build relationships and generate qualified leads for our sales team. 

  • Identify and prospect new clients  
  • Engage decision-makers through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to initiate conversations and qualify leads. 
  • Demonstrate expertise in cold calling, overcoming objections, and building rapport with prospects. 
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track all activities, maintain up-to-date lead records, and ensure effective follow-ups. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging. 
  • Exceed monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified leads. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven success in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation in a B2B sales environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role, ideally in tech services or professional services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you thrive in conversations and can connect with prospects both online and in person. 
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools. 
  • A self-motivated, resilient mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Economics 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to be disciplined and a self-starter
