Position Overview

Frontline MS is looking for an experienced engineer to provide high-level support for our clients. This is an exciting position where you can expand your career in IT, including training and exposure to the administrative levels of networks, servers, and applications. Successful candidates will have an interest in working with the latest technologies to provide exceptional customer service in support of our clients

This position is on site, compesnation range $75,000-85,000.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage VLAN configurations and routing protocols.
  • Support Cisco-based networking, firewall, and voice systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Meraki networking and wireless infrastructure.
  • Administer Office 365, Exchange, and Azure environments.
  • Provide in-person and remote technical support to internal users.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders by delivering timely and reliable IT support.
  • Ensure a high-quality end-user experience with a customer-first approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain business continuity and support IT initiatives.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Prior experience on a helpdesk, with a Managed Service Provider (MSP), or internal IT support team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Exchange; relevant certifications a plus.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and Intune; certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and/or RMM tools.
  • Strong knowledge of networking tools and protocols (VLAN, DHCP, NAT, VPN, wireless standards).
  • Competence in both Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional presence; able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal tech (e.g., iManage, NetDocuments, Prolaw, Litera, billing or dictation software).
  • Knowledge of security tools and standards (MFA, endpoint protection, DNS filtering, encrypted email, etc.).
  • IT certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, MCP, ITIL, etc.
  • Experience supporting IT systems in regulated industries (HIPAA, ISO, etc.).
